The trusty analyst Charles Franklin is on the live-line to give us some insight into the results of the first recall general election, in which Democrat Dave Hansen crushed the scandal-ridden David VanderLeest. It's tough to interpret what this race means because it was so bizarre, but Franklin has some other numbers for us to chew on.
