When you hear of a Hemp Shop on Willy St, you might assume that it's a shop designed to provide hippy East Siders something to puff on or puff with. Wrong. In fact, as Rich explains, the moronic laws that prevent Hemp from being grown in the United States aren't saving anybody's lungs, because hemp is no better to smoke than bark! It has no THC! It's not pot!
