It's good to know that Constitutional rights are a priority for State Rep. Kelda Helen Roys, who represents my humble abode on the Far East Side and is running to replace outgoing U.S. Rep. Tammy Baldwin in the 2nd Congressional District.
Kelda has had enough of the BS the Walker administration has forced down our throats, and she is proposing legislation to guarantee Wisconsin citizens the right to demonstrate in the People's House, the Wisconsin State Capitol.
